JKE Construction is a family-owned land-clearing and excavation business serving Dutchess County, NY and the surrounding Hudson Valley, New York. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we collect when someone contacts us about a property, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

Information we collect

JKE Construction and the service providers we use may collect:

• Contact information — such as your name, phone number, and email address.
• Property location and project details — the address or town of the property, its size or work area, site access and conditions, and what you’re hoping to get done.
• Photos or video you choose to upload — the request form has an optional spot to attach images of the property. Sending them is entirely up to you.
• Communications — messages and notes you submit through the estimate-request process, plus follow-up conversations by phone, text, or email.
• Basic website usage data — non-identifying measurements like which pages get viewed and which buttons get clicked, used to understand how the site is working. This is not tied to your name or contact details.

How estimate requests are submitted

This website does not collect your request itself. The Request an Estimate page links out to JKE’s secure public request form, which is hosted by Jobber, the field-service software JKE uses to manage requests, estimates, and jobs. The form opens in a new tab on Jobber’s own site, and what you enter there is submitted to Jobber and made available to JKE. Jobber handles that information under its own privacy policy and terms as JKE’s service provider.

Submitting the request form does not book an appointment. A real person reviews each request and follows up directly.

How we use this information

We use what you send us to:

• Review your request and understand the property and scope.
• Communicate with you about estimates, scheduling, site visits, and work in progress.
• Improve how we run the business — how we scope jobs, respond to requests, and operate this website.
• Meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to us.

How this information is shared

We do not sell your information. We share it only where it’s needed to actually do the work or run the business — for example with the software providers that host our request form, website, and business records, and with professional advisors or authorities where the law requires it.

Payments

This website does not take payments and does not collect card or bank details. Nothing on this site asks you to enter payment information. Billing for actual work is handled separately, off this website, once a job is agreed.

Keeping your information

We keep request, estimate, and job records for as long as we need them for the purposes described above — including following up on an estimate, servicing repeat work on the same property, and meeting recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You decide how much to send us — the property photos and video are optional, and you can always call instead of using the request form at all. If you’d like to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, get in touch using the details below and we’ll do what we reasonably can, subject to any records we’re required to keep.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top.
